Guild Ranks

Initiate - Anyone first joining the guild, this is the time when you find out if u and GEM mesh together, you will be assigned a mentor to help you out.

Geminite - This will be the bulk of the guild, you are a fully fledged member of GEM, as such you must be registered on the forum and check it regularly

Mentor - This is the highest of our normal ranks, you will be assigned initiates to help them get to geminites, you will be required to give your time to help them with more or less anything they need, also to take them hunting. You will never be assigned more than two initiates at once. You will also be required to tell guildmistress when you think your initiate is ready to be promoted.

There will be a few other specified ranks for ppl with specialised responsibilities within the guild, these will be posted as and when they are given.

Chief Mentor - Responsible for all recruitment, any questions or problems that mentors have this is the point of call before or as well as myself.

Auditor - Keeps guild stores tidy and updates the inventory on the forum at least once a month. This is on top of the mentor rank.

Editor - Deals with the bulk of the admin on our forum.
